Renovation and new rear extensions to an existing timber framed, timber clad cottage. The roof over the rear extension is shaped to provide winter solar access , height and volume. A swimming pool across the width of the rear yard was also DA approved but remained unbuilt, until new owners purchased in 2018 and then completed the full DA potential.
