Redbank Apartments, Nth Parramatta
Awarded 1st place in Design Excellence competition in 2011. The brief involved incorporating an existing 7 storey apartment building into a new site masterplan fronting the intersection of Church and Albert Street in North Parramatta. A new apartment tower comprising 69 apartments over ground floor retail and basement parking, addresses an important corner site and seamlessly connects with the existing lower apartment structure. The upper two floors comprise two storey penthouses with access to extensive individual landscape roof terraces.
Status: DA approved 2011 / S96 modification to the approved DA to add three additional tower levels approved 2012. Remains un-built.
