Expansive country house with a wingspread plan form, nearing completion in a beautiful valley at the base of the Blue Mountains. Precast concrete insulated walls, double glazed openings, Hydronic in-slab heating from in-ground geothermal heat exchange and solar power, provide off-grid capability.
