Five Dock
Having won a Landcom organised design competition for a former industrial site in Five Dock, PTW were engaged to prepare an urban design masterplan as well as written design guidelines and development application standard drawings for all buildings. Our Plan utilises traditional street mapping to create a tightly grained residential community. The majority of the dwellings enjoy north-south solar orientation,while a new centrally located park provides a focus and open space resource for the whole community.
