Complete makeover of an existing two level waterfront property in Hunters Hill. The project involved extensive re organisation of the floorplans with a new staircase location to provide a more natural spatial flow, from the entry, through the house, and then downstairs and out to the extensive alfresco facilities fronting the harbour.
