This luxury residential development for Greencliff Developments contains 140 apartments on Glen Street, Milsons Point.
The site is irregular in shape, with two street frontages tapering to a point to the east, opposite Milson's Point railway station, then opens up to a generous width to the west facing Lavender Bay. The building is made up of three separate, though interconnected volumes. A circular ended hi-rise tower volume is to the east,a mid-rise and lower volume to the west, their height and form a direct response to immediate site conditions and harbour view opportunities. The roof to the lowest volume forms an across site landscaped park. The striking signature form of the tower, with its tear drop shaped plan, provides instant landmark status for the development.
Having been the design architect on this project while at PTW, we have since, as Keith Pike Associates been responsible for three later, major apartment makeovers within this complex.
