C House in Birchgrove
New waterfront home set over five levels, stepping down the site to a harbourside pool and cabana. Large cantilevered decks are designed at each level to extend all rooms visually toward the water. Extensive stone wall facings along with copper roofing and detailing endow the house with a textured surface that will transform over time.
