Urban Design proposal for the redevelopment of the Brooklyn waterfront , just to the south of the Brooklyn Bridge.The proposal transforms the private , industrial use of the existing Brooklyn piers into a world class waterfront housing precinct with a continuous public promenade along the water's edge and public open space in the form of waterfont parks. All housing enjoys iconic Manhattan financial district skyline views from across the East River.In all over 3.8ha of open space and 4km of waterfront is planned for public use.
